Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Subjective quality expectations

• Compatibility with third-party products

• Natural variations in gemstones, metal tone, finish, or handcrafted characteristics

• Failure to read product specifications prior to purchase

We kindly ask that you review all product details, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a repair or replacement.

Claims submitted beyond this period shall be deemed automatically waived.
