We ship worldwide from Seoul, South Korea.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and national holidays. gold items and rings are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to be prepared for shipment. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that ONDAISY does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. - Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, or fail to collect your parcel from post office, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any taxes charged to ONDAISY.
